Description

We are working in partnership with a leading Accountancy and Finance Firm in Glasgow, to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

You will provide administrative and technical support to advisors and managers, ensuring the highest level of service to clients.


What you'll do

  • Work closely with Financial Advisors and Paraplanners
  • Prepare packs and valuation reports for review meetings annually
  • Process fund switches, withdrawals, and new business
  • Manage daily mail throughout the team/department
  • Collate plan and policy information
  • Manage all queries from the Tax Department regarding client matters
  • Fee and income reconciliation

What you'll need
-
Solid experience in Financial Services:


  • Systems experience including Intelligent Office (Essential):
  • Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
  • You will be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
