Hybrid working - Leicester site 2 days' per week

Permanent role - Up to £35,000pa DOE
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm although some flexibility may be required
Holidays: 22 days increasing 1 per year to a max of 25 days
JOB PURPOSE
You will assist in the successful management of the delivery of the design, plan, development and implementation of technical solution-based projects for high profile clients, with the ongoing support and mentorship of the Programme Manager.
With the support and guidance of the Programme Manager you will be able to communicate with all areas and at all levels of the company and develop strong working relationships with your key stakeholders to effectively deliver all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop and manage the overall project plans including timelines
- Track project deliverables
- Constantly monitor and report project progress to Programme Manager
- Manage project change control
- Provide support to the project team
- Manage project resource allocation
- Contribute to multiple projects
- Build strong relationships with customer project managers and customer teams
Technical Qualities:
- Minimum 2 years' on the job Project Management experience within IT, Development, Operations, Finance and Client Services
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Experience in the delivery of small to medium sized projects
- Experience of working with internal departments and external vendors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with all suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate a structured approach to working
- Well organised as well as being able to use your own initiative
- Commercially aware and committed to achievement of profit and cost objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make good judgement and analytical decisions
- Strong technical skills around software and infrastructure
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure. Committed to achievement of objectives
