Equi-Trek are the leading manufacturers of equestrian and leisure vehicles, supplying to the UK and overseas, based in Stocksbridge, S36.

A vacancy has arisen for a
Production Systems Administrator to work within our production team.


Overview:


As a
Production Systems Administrator, you will be at the forefront of utilizing our ERP system to track factory production and manage vehicle build statuses virtually.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely input of data into our systems, enabling seamless tracking of vehicles through various production stages.

This position offers an opportunity to directly impact our manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize our production tracking system to input and maintain accurate data regarding vehicle build statuses and production progress.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure vehicles in the factory are aligned with the virtual process.
  • Monitor the movement of vehicles through virtual production stages, providing realtime updates on build status.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to data input to minimize disruptions to production operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition of vehicles between production stages.
  • Maintain documentation of production processes and system procedures for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:


  • Experience in data entry and administration roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch - this role is fully office based with no option for remote working.
