ALL higher education/corporate installations for the company, using in house engineers and subcontractors. - Installations must be booked in liaison with the customer and where appropriate the Sales Manager/Project Manager.
- Create detailed projects for each installation to include all project information onto the inhouse Sirvez system and liaise with Sales Manager/Project Manager to add all documentation.
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure all goods are received and dispatched on time
- Prepare Risk and Method Statements, site access and parking for sites if required
- Send purchase orders to subcontractors
- Look to make Sub-Contractor cost savings where possible
- Liaise with purchasing manager to prepare delivery schedules for customer sites and office as required.
- Review engineers calendars to ensure fully utilised, taking into account locations.
- Chase POD's and add details to Sirvez and CRM systems.
- Be responsive to issues that occur and resolve quickly.
- Check completion documentation is on Sirvez and allocate for invoicing.
- Review Sirvez files daily to ensure no deadlines are missed.
- Approve and process subcontractor invoices onto the CRM.
- Raise Non-Conformance as required.
- Assist colleagues as required
