Are you looking for an Hybrid Admin role within an Accounts team?
If so, you might be interested in a Payments Coordinator position. You'd be based in Harrogate working alongside a finance team as the main point for contact for clients.


What you'll be doing:


  • Taking ownership of FAQs
  • Looking into payment issues and try resolve them with clients
  • Producing payment reports
  • Investigating refunds due

What you'll need:


  • Strong Excel skills including reporting
  • Ability to multi task and priorities your own workload
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience in an Admin or Accounts support role

What you'd get in return:
