Are you seeking an exciting and flexible opportunity to work as an event steward in London?


Workweeks staffing and recruitment agency is looking for four professional and customer-focused individuals to join our team for "On-Demand" temporary contracts as an
event steward.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and gain valuable experience within the dynamic events industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Help manage crowds, by monitoring capacity limits and managing queues to streamline access.
  • Direct event attendees to the appropriate areas and answer inquiries regarding the event,
  • Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring proper access control is maintained.
  • Respond calmly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the event team to ensure the overall success of the event.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an event steward, customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailed oriented mindset to ensure effective management.
  • A flexible and customerfocused attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Flexible availability to work when required and on demand basis.
