Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor for our clients based in Walsall. As a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor you will be responsible for over seeing the logistics team.

The role of a Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor requires strong leadership skills and a good understanding of logistics processes.


Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor Responsibilities:
Conduct morning meetings with the team to ensure clear communication of targets and objectives.

Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and suppliers.

Collaborate with the H&S officer and committee to reduce risks in the area through effective risk assessments.

Ensure a safe working environment.

Supervision of all Forklift Operations.

Carry out full Investigations and provide clear accurate responses to Customer concerns.

Accountable for the accuracy of Inventory.

Regular communication with the Purchasing Team.

Responsible for cost effectively Booking and arranging transport.

Coordinate with other departments.

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Good's In and Dispatch Supervisor Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar in a warehouse.

Identity training and coaching needs.

Manage processes.

People management

Pc literate

Good communication skills
