Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our growing Product team whilst understanding the big picture and pioneering the product vision for the long term.

By working closely with key executives and stakeholders, you will take ownership of the product strategy and ensure a robust product vision and roadmap.

You will inspire and empower the product team to deliver on the product roadmap by mentoring, coaching and instilling best practices to drive execution.

You will be an expert in building products that customers love and a brilliant communicator and collaborator.

Product management is about product strategy and prioritisation so we are looking for our Head of Product to work with our company strategy and own the product road map whilst aligning timings and dependencies between teams to ensure efficient feature development & project rollouts.


Being our Head of Product will mean that you are highly visible and will play an important leadership role within Arthur's Senior Management Team.

As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success.


Key responsibilities

  • Create frameworks and process for collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams
  • Create, adjust or implement Product operating processes within the product team and across the business
  • Manage a team of Product managers and UI/UX Designers
  • Drive alignment across multifunctional Product teams to achieve strategic and business goals
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand the business strategy, goals for shortmidlong term and the expectations on support required from Product
  • Based on input from senior stakeholders, develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap consistent with company vision and business goals
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to create processes required to support the business BAU and allow the Product team to have focus and capacity to execute on the longterm vision
  • Connect business outcomes with the work done within the product team, create transparent system of key metrics that contribute to the outcomes
  • Drive productled go to market strategy and take an active role in the overall GTM
  • In collaboration with other teams, review pricing and packaging of the products, make suggestions on the improvements, arrange implementation when needed
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business directly via product work and indirectly by supporting your peers with your previous experience.

Requirements:


  • We expect you to have around 2 years of experience as a Head of Product or similar
  • You would be loving a good process, will be able to make it work for the stakeholders and ensure their buyin as well as inspire the team to excel at it
  • We must definitely feel a strong SaaS and B2B experience, added bonus if you also boast working experience within proptech, fintech, modern cloud technologies
  • You would be a thoughtful and kind leader, such that your team will follow you to the top of the Everest and feel like it was their idea
  • You will have a track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritise and drive decisionmaking
  • The job will also require solid communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, plans and business cases
  • You'll have experience working within a couple of Agile frameworks
  • You'll be amazing at prioritisation and time management, because there's lots of work and only one you and only so much the Product team can deliver
  • Your stakeholder management skills will be like no other people will clearly understand why you are doing what you are doing and why they might need to wait or not get what they are asking for
  • You'll inspire the team with your creative thinking and problemsolving

A bonus
