'Good' Secondary School, Hackney

Monday - Friday, £95-£100 per day
We are working with a 'Good' Ofsted-rated mainstream secondary school in Hackney, East London. They are looking for a
Youth Support Worker /
Teaching Assistant to start full time, ASAP. You would be supporting students during lessons with the additional responsibility of overseeing personal care for sone students.

The successful Youth Support Worker / Teaching Assistant will have:

Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
Previous experience supporting individuals with SEN / SEMH needs
Experience and/or knowledge with Autism
Willingness to do personal care
A genuine passion for helping young people to succeed
A resilient, proactive and flexible approach
The ability to use their iniative and work proactively
The ability to be assertive and firm when required

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
You must have legal right to work in the UK
You must be willing to attend a registration interview

We work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area.

We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
