Account Administrator required for a small office of Insurance Brokers in Orpington.Williamson Carson are a specialist insurance broker providing expert advice, cover and claims support to photographers, production companies and those in the image making industry
Key responsibilities:
- Handle insurance renewals for photographic clients.
- Handle correspondence from existing clients, including midterm adjustments and general enquiries
- Provide new quotes
- Answering the phone and dealing with a range of enquires
- Offer support to staff members, assisting them with various administrative needs
- Build relationships and rapport with our clients
- Maintain and keep up to date client records
Key skills:
- Minimum Qualifications to include GCSE Maths and English A-C (new grading equivalent), ideally educated to A-Level standard.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Insurance experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. However, you must show a willingness to learn.
Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
