About Our Client:

Page Personnel Logistics have partnered up with a rapidly growing FMCG distribution contract in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor.

This role will play a critical part in this organisations expansion plans in helping to successfully deliver their growth across 2023/2024 and beyond

The Warehouse Supervisor in Coalville will require the individual to:

Ensure the Health, Safety of all colleagues, in accordance with current legislation and Company policies and procedures.
Ensure deadlines are exceeded and meet all agreed relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and SLA's.
Support continuous improvement, leading and participating in working parties to involve and engage staff, with an aim to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Have full involvement in their implementation and success.
Ensure detailed records of how time is spent on tasks and analyse performance to create action plans to correct any underperformance.
Ensure correct daily staffing levels are sufficient to meet operational requirements.
Communicates to shift / team on daily tasks, changes to working procedures, H&S, Audit etc.
Ensure there is an appropriate level of multiskilled colleagues to perform tasks in an effective and efficient manner, completing training records to the required standard.

The Successful Applicant:

Manage a team of over 15+ employees.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
The ability to maintain very high levels of accuracy in the processing and provision of management information
Welldeveloped communicator both verbal and written.
Proactive, creative and highly organised.
3+ years experience within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector Ideally within Warehousing at a Supervisor level.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
Live within commutable distance to Coalville.
