At Facultatieve-Technologies, a leader in cremation technology solutions, we are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Dispatching & Transport Coordinator to join our logistics team.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of products, coordination of transportation services, and tracking of deliveries to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily dispatch activities and schedules to ensure timely product deliveries.

Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to optimize dispatch processes.

Manage transportation providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable service.

Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers, resolving any issues that arise during transit.

Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.

Develop and maintain dispatching policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyse transport costs and performance, identifying opportunities for improvements.

Handle logistics documentation, including waybills, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:


  • Economical or any commercial degree educated (desirable.)
  • Essential prior transport planning experience
  • Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including security requirements to include certification in dangerous goods handling and aviation security.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams);
  • ERP system experience (desirable);
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
