Join us as a Junior Product Owner

  • If you have a passion to design, run and deliver the digital banking of the future, this could be the role for you
  • You'd be joining the newly formed team covering 3 customer journeys onboarding new to bank business customers, opening additional accounts, and registering for digital banking
  • This is your opportunity to support the delivery and implementation of our improved customer journeys

What you'll do:


As a Junior Product Owner, you'll support a prioritised journey backlog to improve the end-to-end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise.


Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Working closely with other journey developers within a crossfunctional agile team to support discovery, building, testing and monitoring of our customer journeys
  • Monitoring competitor activity across the journey portfolio, analysing data and insights to understand customer needs, to help drive business benefits
  • Supporting the management of incidents effectively, and looking for opportunities to increase resilience within the customer journey
  • Undertaking intelligent risk taking to keep our customers and the bank safe
  • Striving to deliver a worldclass customer experience and placing the customer at the heart of all we do

  • Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working, looking at harnessing digital and technological advances that truly benefit our customers
  • The ability to identify and envision what the future of digital banking could look like
  • A proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
  • A talented communicator who can inspire and engage a variety of both customers and colleagues
