About the role


This is a fixed term role for an initial 12 month period supporting Phase 1 of the project which focusses on five priority countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain & Italy.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the project team in the management of project functions, by scheduling meetings, calls, facilitating communication and information flow, and other actions.
  • Attend project meetings to record and follow up on action items and minutes
  • Update project trackers to reflect the status of action items
  • Conduct data cleansing and quality audits in the system (SAP Success Factors) to identify and resolve discrepancies in HR/Payroll data
  • Assist with the completion of provider workbooks, supporting the collection and cleansing of data prior to it being provided to new provider in the agreed format and line with required deadlines
  • Conduct detailed analyses to ensure data matches between the various HR and payroll systems during all stages of the project
  • Review existing HR/payroll process to identify potential process improvements and efficiencies
  • Contribute to the design of new internal process documentation with align with the requirements of internal and external stakeholders

About you

  • Degree level qualification in human resources or related field
  • Relevant experience will be considered in place of these qualifications
  • Experience working with HR and/or payroll data within Europe
  • Experience supporting cross functional projects
  • Experience implementing an HRIS/payroll system (preferred)

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
