THE ROLE
This is a self-employed role in which you will be required to assist in day-to-day administration and support the managing directors in their roles.
To be successful in this role you will need the willingness to turn your hand to anything and get stuck in to support the Directors of a leading nutrition and fitness consultancy.
This is a hybrid working Finance Administrator and PA role which requires you in the office, alongside the opportunity to work flexibly from home when needed.
- Assistance with bookkeeping: managing invoices, VAT returns, employee and contractor payments, saving for tax payments, financial planning, forecasting and Xero management
- Support with research: summarise findings, highlight actions, and set benchmarks
- Notetaking: assisting with taking minutes and notes from meetings. Documenting relevant action points from meetings and following up with outcomes
- Diary management: assisting with booking and rearranging meetings. Help structure the working week. Add and adjust calendar bookings
- Project management: involvement with project design and management. Helping with time limits and setting benchmarks
- Organisation: of digital and physical paperwork. Assisting with the upkeep and organisation of files and folders. Excel document creation
- Office support: managing post office runs, stock checks, and general office supplies
THE CANDIDATE
You'll need to possess top organisation skills and experience working in a similar role with Directors in a small business.
You'll need to have excellent technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, alongside experience in organising meetings and general office management.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTSalary**:
£12,480 per annum
- Hybrid working: 8 hours in Blisworth, Northamptonshire. With authorisation for as hoc work from home.
