Welcome to Ariosi - we're serviced apartment consultants.
- We curate and deliver industry specific courses and workshops focusing on developing capability, productivity, and performance.
- We provide bespoke, independent and specialist advice to guide business objectives and lift standards within the serviced apartment sector.
- We deliver data informed analysis, using tools and reports to support planning and decision making.
- We collate, compile, publish and deliver the Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report (GSAIR).
- We develop, resource, and run the agent aggregator platform known as OrbiRelo, for large Relocation Management Companies and their clients, as a complete solution for all their Temporary Housing needs.
- We're a team of 10+ employees, in offices based in London, Lancaster and Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Head of Training to continually develop and deliver agreed strategy for training services.
- Under initial guidance of HoT deliver preagreed segments of content to intergroup and external customers. Progress to autonomous delivery for whole courses / workshops as appropriate.
- Establish, perpetually develop, and retain a client base.
- Produce training and consultancy materials and ensure they are kept current and relevant.
- Ensure all content is accurate and compliant with local restrictions and legislation.
- Make use of new techniques, tools and methods and implement appropriately.
- Regularly network to ensure Ariosi is considered the go to training company within the industry.
- Keep updated with new course topics, comp set and continually refine product offering.
- Remain current on industry needs and activities by attending conferences and events.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all training services meet training and brand guidelines.
- Use company tech platforms to schedule and manage all aspects of the delivery of services from initiation to close (enquiries, contracts, billing, support materials, follow up, etc).
- Work alongside HoT to manage costs to meet agreed financial objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct research that enhances service offering and user experience.
- Play a supporting role in the creation and implementation of a training marketing strategy, supported by in house Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.
About you:
- You possess excellent written and spoken English, with a strong eye for detail alongside a preference to be organised.
- You're a positive, strong, and confident communicator who can play a supporting role in the delivery of training services, with the appetite to progress to a leading role.
- You have a curious and inquisitive mind with an interest in training, learning and the development of people.
- You have some experience presenting or the confidence to start your presenting journey.
- You have a hospitality or travel background in some form (preferred but not essential). Ideally you have an interest in travel and accommodation solutions.
- You possess the ability to work autonomously, under direction or alongside a team appropriate support and guidance will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
- You're an engaging personality who enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people.
- You'll be able to brief and guide designers to create visual materials to support training content.
- You'll be technically proficient due to the nature of the work and the variety of tools being used to deliver training services across a variety of mediums.
Proposal:
Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Holidays: 21 plus UK Bank Holidays, increases with length of service
- Pension: UK statutory
- Place of work: Combination of company office (4 days per week), remote (1 day), client site and training location
- Other: In order to deliver training services, travel to client site or other sites will be required. We anticipate this to be predominantly U.K. based but there may be occasional international travel.
- Probation: 6months
- Travel costs: At own expense between home and head office. Any excess travel costs incurred beyond travel between home and head office, back to company, where reasonable.
- IT solutions: company laptop and supporting equipment will be supplied by company or can be expensed to company upon written and explicit approval on a casebycase basis.
- Company credit card: provided to assist with expenditure with filing required monthly.
- Subsistence: £30 per day back to company via expenses, where reasonable.
- Other company benefits post probation: private healthcare package, personal loan facility, travel card loan facility, discounted rates in apartments, Christmas party, and savings club
Salary:
Up to £45,000.00 per year
