SENIOR UX/UI DESIGNER

UP TO £65,000-70,000 + BENEFITS

***This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior UI/UX Designer for an innovative, well-backed FinTech that are currently revolutionising their market. This is a new development set up by entrepreneurs from world-leading technology platforms who have a track record for advising some of the world's largest companies.

The interview process will involve a short introductory conversation with 2 Product Leads, 1 conversation with a Founder and an in-person case study to get a good feel for the companies excellent culture.

THE ROLE
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in designing slick, user-friendly products that have seamless interfaces.

More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following;

Develop highquality user interface designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups for native
Lead the creation and implementation of new design systems
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights to

continually improve the app's user experience

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers and product managers
Promote best practice in UI and UX design and design processes
Stay uptodate with the latest iOS and Android design guidelines and best practices

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior UI/UX Designer will have the following skills and requirements;

Highly experienced in native app (iOS and Android) and webapp UX and UI
Highly experienced in creating and implementing mobile design systems
Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns, guidelines, and best practices to ensure

optimal user interactions including SwiftUI and M- Strong proficiency in Figma best practice

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your proficiency in both mobile and webapp UX/UI

design

Strongly motivated, sets demanding standards of personal excellence
Eager to learn complex financial concepts

THE BENEFITS
