Many Hands Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a Contracts Co-Ordinator for our illustrious client based in Upton who specialize in the Production and Logistics Sector.

This is a full time office based position.

Hours of work for this Position

  • 0800 to 1630, Monday to Friday. With an early finish on a Friday of 1330

Duties include:

  • Adherence to all organizational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
  • Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel in order to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
  • Represent the organization in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute.
  • To arrange all travel and board arrangements as required in line with the weekly sales itinerary
  • Territory management reports
  • Publish internal order summary reports
  • Mail Merge and residents choice creations
  • Practice excellent customer service skills and build strong working relationships with customers and sales teams.( Internal + External)
  • Regularly review and control all accreditation of existing bodies associated with company literature and the requirement of customers
  • Generate and assemble month end reports associated to either board or senior management team level
  • Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Must be standards driven and detailorientated
  • Marketing/Design experience
  • Administration qualification
  • ERP navigation
  • Must have the ability to multitask in fastpaced environment
  • IT literate with experience of databases and MS Office

Pay per Annum for this position:

  • £22,000 to £24,000, experience dependent.
