Job Overview
Responsibilities and Duties
- Making and receiving telephone calls from a range of persons including professionals and customers
- Filing
- File checking and monitoring
- Making appointments for clients and other persons
- Transcription of dictation using digital dictation system
- Mailing using specialist equipment and systems for such
- Diary Management for court, appointments, reminder systems etc
- General Administration duties
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Prioritise tasks and work requirements
- Task management skills
- Ability to accept, understand and implement instructions
- Oral and written communication skills
- Pleasant and confident face to face and telephone manner
- ICT skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Salary:
Up to £9.50 per hour
