Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Making and receiving telephone calls from a range of persons including professionals and customers
  • Filing
  • File checking and monitoring
  • Making appointments for clients and other persons
  • Transcription of dictation using digital dictation system
  • Mailing using specialist equipment and systems for such
  • Diary Management for court, appointments, reminder systems etc
  • General Administration duties

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Pleasant and confident face to face and telephone manner
