ROLE_**The National Account Co-ordinator supports the National Account team in the day to day management of specific retailer accounts as well as working internally and externally to ensure wider commercial excellence.

This is a hands on role and a good introduction into National Accounts management.

Impact you will make:


  • Reporting into the National Account Manager you will be a primary contact for retailer queries on a daily basis.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgement and response to queries, engaging other departments as necessary and escalating when appropriate.
  • Support the NAM with wholesale achievement through tracking new launch and basic weekly replen.
  • Support NAM agreeing product launch forecasts with marketing team and demand planning.
  • Full ownership of stock allocation of new launches and limited life products ensuring retailer allocations are correct, quotas are set up and checking sell in to forecast by retailer escalating as necessary.
  • Complete and submit new line forms to support all new launches in a timely and accurate manner. Update & communicate amends.
  • Track all launch elements (preseries, stock, VM etc) are on time; update retailers and field teams on any changes to plans.
  • Review and maintain retailer catalogue including notifying retailers of discontinuations and company OOS. Support in the execution on RGAs and stock swaps as required.
  • Management and execution of excess list (obsolete stock and TOA's).
  • Ensure efficient and timely phase out of limited edition and disco products to minimise returns value.
  • Support on Product Reveal Presentations to retailers; including invites, product bags and technical support.
  • Prepare presentations and documents as required for retailer meetings as well as booking and setting up meeting room. Collate and circulate meeting action points.
  • Support with new store openings; work with SNAM to progress from project submission to store opening.
  • Prepare and share annual price increase documents.
  • Maintain retailer contact list, conduct biannual review and update as required.
  • Ad hoc admin as required.

What skills you will Ideally bring:

  • Experience of working with Microsoft apps
  • proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
  • Numerate, analytical and commercially aware.
  • Team player, ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and able to build good working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills.
