Making A Difference as A Customer Services Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key part in the delivery of customer services to the residents of the borough.

Our Customer Team provide a single point of contact and deal with a wide range of enquiries either in the Contact Centre or our Customer Hub located in the Town Hall.

We are looking for an individual with skills and experience as follows:

  • Experience of working within a customer-focused front-line service, preferably in Local Government
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • The ability to deliver high quality, customer focused advice
  • Experience of using CRM systems and call handling software
  • Good problem solving and decisionmaking skills
