Clerical Assistant - Resourcing
Role: Clerical Assistant (two posts)
Dept: Resourcing
Grade: BSUPC3
Responsible to: Recruitment Co-ordinator
Campus: Belfast or Coleraine
(Two positions, one permanent full-time, one fixed-term for 9mths)

Job Purpose:


  • The post holder will be responsible to the Resourcing Coordinator, for the provision of a professional, flexible and efficient People and Culture support service, to include agreed administrative duties, focusing primarily on tasks specific to the section in which they are based, in a prompt and efficient manner, meeting the needs of all users. _.
