Asquith Gantry CNC Milling Machinist - Setter/Operator
The X-Cel Group, consisting of X-Cel Superturn and Vector X-Cel and Colson X-Cel are manufacturers of high specification component parts and assemblies.
We're experiencing a period of growth and are pleased to release brand new opportunities to join the team;
To run our ASQUITH BUTLER GANTRY MILL (3+1 Axis, Siemens 840D)
Travel: 10,000mm x 3,000mm x 1,250mm on permanent day shift.
Core day shift hours:
Mon-Thurs 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-12:00 (39hrs)
Pay rate to £17.18phr + overtime + profit share, paid weekly.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens 840D control and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience setting and machining large fabrications.
- Must be UK citizen due to products being machined (Defence related).

Up to £17.18 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 39 per week
