    **Job Title:** Assistant Retail Manager

     

    The Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Holland & Barrett. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining stock accuracy
    • Partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations
    • Act as a role model for world-class customer service and promote our brand values
    • Drive financial performance through effective stock management, merchandising, and visual displays
    • Develop and implement store promotional plans to drive sales and engagement
