About the Role:


Base Location:
Perth or Inverness


Salary:
£31,339 to £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.


Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Support Co-ordinator are:

  • Coordinate administrative, financial, organisational and commercial support to the Transmission Asset Management & Operations and Digital teams.
  • Ensuring all data processed is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Regular communication with external vendors and SSE's Accounts Payable.
  • Routine reporting on key data.
  • Financial awareness of R&M budget and work to strict deadlines to allow for staff salaries and financial commitments to be met.

What do I need?:

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Strong business knowledge in core discipline, with good knowledge of all departments and functions in Transmission.
  • Ability to create strong relationships with AM&O team members, engineers, managers, procurement, accounts payable and external vendors.
  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory obligations for Transmission.
  • Excellent understanding of Harmony and other internal systems.
  • Diligence and ability to determine critical issues, escalation processes and issue resolution.
