About the Role:

Base Location:
Perth or Inverness

Salary:
£31,339 to £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Support Co-ordinator are:

Coordinate administrative, financial, organisational and commercial support to the Transmission Asset Management & Operations and Digital teams.
Ensuring all data processed is accurate and submitted on time.
Regular communication with external vendors and SSE's Accounts Payable.
Routine reporting on key data.
Financial awareness of R&M budget and work to strict deadlines to allow for staff salaries and financial commitments to be met.

What do I need?:

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Strong business knowledge in core discipline, with good knowledge of all departments and functions in Transmission.
Ability to create strong relationships with AM&O team members, engineers, managers, procurement, accounts payable and external vendors.
Good understanding of legal and regulatory obligations for Transmission.
Excellent understanding of Harmony and other internal systems.
Diligence and ability to determine critical issues, escalation processes and issue resolution.
