Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for a Contract Business Analyst for a 3-4 month contract working outside of IR35. This role is on site with a Manchester City Centre based business.
We need a Business Analyst who will be able to help document our client's core platform. They have an in house-built Customer Management System that needs to be appropriately documented.

They have a disconnect between the processes the platform runs (thingsthe service team do for customers) and the code that lies underneath.

We need a BA who can map processes being run across the business, liaise with the dev team and marry up how that process relates to the code.

It's key the code does not impact other independent processes.
Duties

Analyse and document key business processes
Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand business processes
Analyse incidents and faults arsing from changes in code
Work with Development team to audit code
Follow Change Control Procedures when planning, executing, reviewing system changes.

Experience required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
In depth experience business process mapping
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Diligent and strong work ethic
Resilient and able to perform under pressure
Has initiative, is selfmotivated and takes ownership within area of responsibility
Ability to work effectively within a team
