Technical Account Manager - Caithness - Up to £90,000 (Dependent on experience)

Lynx Recruitment are currently working with UK's leading Managed Services Provider who are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join the team.

The main responsibility of the Technical Account Manager is to become a trusted advisor to the end client, and you must be able to guide them through their IT projects and transformation programme.

You will be working with various stakeholders includingthe Head of IT, IT Teams, and the Service Delivery Team.

You will need to have the following essentials in order to be successful for this role:

Eligible for SC Clearance
Technical Background
Experience working on Cisco, Microsoft Cloud, Windows, Office 365, Microsoft Infrastructure
Customer facing experience
