A&P Group - Falmouth, Painters**It's important that our customer's vessels leave our facility in a great physical state that prevents corrosion, enhances aesthetics and complies with environmental regulations. This is where you may come in.

We are looking for painters to join the team in full time permanent positions.

Experience in surface prep and marine safety would be great and we we are also looking for painters keen to be trained to the standards that we work to.

Who we are:


A&P Falmouth is one of the largest ship-repair facilities in the UK, we provide a complete range of marine repair services tanks to our on-site engineering, electrical, paint and fabrication workshops.


What you will do:


  • Take pride in the quality and appearance of your work

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience as a Painter in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment would be great, we can train to get you to the standards that we work to
  • As our dry docks are big and they are exposed to the elements. you need to be able to work at heights and in confined spaces in various weather conditions
  • Those who are absolutely committed to health and safety responsibility, we all work safe and go home safe
  • Teamwork and communication skills vital for success in the projects that we deliver
