Facilities Tech Support
Reporting to:
Facilities Manager / AV & Project Manager
Full time role on site (5 days a week)

Overall Objective
- To ensure that the offices in Central London are presented to an
- Ensuring all systems and technology is fit for purpose
- Work as part of the Building Services team adding value and an excellent
General Ethos
- Be proactive in the office space we need to be champions keeping the
- Notice if any tech, AV, cables, fixtures or fittings are awry and fix them or
- Actively patrol the office daily looking for ways to make a difference.
- Strive for excellence
- Day to day handling of the lighting control system software, working with the
maintenance of the software
- Day to day administration of the Building Management System (BMS),
the maintenance contractor
- Control of the leak detection system software, responding to and rectifying
- Overseeing the fridge temperature monitoring software, helping the catering
- Day to day operation of the helpdesk system, ensuring tickets are attended to
- Monitoring of the smart building integration software, ensuring the data feeds
- Overseeing the Electric Vehicle charging point account and onboarding new
- Setting up contactless payment device for events
- Undertaking relevant tasks to book in above contractors (file Risk
- Arranging access passes and booking in parking
Working with and providing holiday and sickness cover for the AV team which
involves;
- Daily checking of Meeting rooms and AV systems, ensuring AV and IT kit is in
- AV setup and support for events and pitches to ensure they run smoothly.
- Giving clients and staff full reassurance that Havas has a professional AV
- Checking AV services in rooms after changes to function or form
- Reporting and managing outstanding works efficiently, notifying staff of any kit
- Liaison with AV support contractor, raising tickets and ensuring cases closed
- Setting up new AV equipment

- Access control card programming cover
- Assisting with office moves
- Helping to innovate and improve systems
- Undertake fire warden training
Salary:
£32,000.00 per year
