Eden Place is a growing company that provides?business support?to a select group of clients (consulting firms, sports consulting, property companies, charities and similar).
The Role
The directors are looking to recruit an individual to provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the company directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's or clients' responsibility chasing responses, triggering followup action.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organise meetings, including production/distribution of agendas and papers, booking venues, refreshments and minute taking.
- Organise travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation) for the Directors and clients.
- Diary management.
- Handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Directors.
- General office administration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Previous experience in a financial / administration environment
- Must be very organised
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to take full ownership of the tasks and projects assigned, including taking the initiative to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Be a team player
- Has experience of handling sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise work
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours occasionally
