Fixed Term Contract for 18 months

About the role
You will be able to attend third party forums and workshops on behalf of NWL procurement, this includes the County Durham Pound Group, Utilities against Slavery, Meet the buyer events and Suppliers days / Webinars.
As part of the centralised procurement function you will deliver excellent customer service to all service users and collaborate with our suppliers to drive the delivery of their social value commitments.
About you
You'll have proven experience of demonstrating a level of interest and knowledge in the areas covered by our responsible procurement strategy and a proven track record of data analysis and unlocking value from the data.
It would be great if you have excellent understanding of the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You should be comfortable with data analysis and like problem-solving. You'll have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills whilst being able to prioritise workload and your time.It would be great if your degree relates to the role and key accountabilities.
