Description

Experienced Mechanical Fitters required to work within one of the Production departments for a leading manufacturing company, based in Cambridgeshire.


You will need previous mechanical fitting or machine building experience, the ability to be very dexterous and be able to work with very small bespoke components and parts, as well as large-scale machinery.


This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their experience within a high-technology engineering environment and has the potential to run for 6 months (potentially longer).


Mechanical Fitter Requirements:


  • As a Mechanical Fitter you should be able to read and interpret Engineering drawings
  • Proven experience of working as a Mechanical Fitter in a technical environment within a hightech engineering / manufacturing environment
  • As a Mechanical Fitter you should have previous experience of working with pneumatics, hydraulics and other precision mechanical parts.

Mechanical Fitter Responsibilities:


  • The Mechanical Fitter will be working on precision mechanisms, subassemblies and finals assemblies
