We have some exciting new opportunities within our Orcharding Team at our farms in Hereford.
As a Craftsperson, you will be an integral part of our farm team and will be able to get involved in all aspects of cider apple production, producing some of our brilliant brands.
This includes:
- Keeping yourself and your team members safe
- Mechanical and handpruning during the winter months
- Harvesting of fruit in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring productivity & quality goals are met
- General maintenance work on our machinery
- Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate any issues to direct supervisors and Farm Management
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
