Office Coordinator
Our client is a well-established IT specialist based in Berkshire whose customer base has businesses of all sizes, including National high-street brands.
The main duties for this position will to be to act as the first point of contact and to work closely with the Office Manager to maintain an efficient office environment.
Personal Specification
You will have 2-years of office experience, preferably in an IT or technical business.
Calm, collected and a real team player you will also have MS Office skills and excellent organisation, communication and people skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Duties will include
General administrative duties
Stock Control and Distribution
Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the right department
Welcoming guests and maintaining visitor records
Ensuring that the office and staff areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Support the office team and carry out any other additional tasks as required
The Package
Salary £20,124 - £24,120 (Depending on Experience)
Located in Newbury with free on-site parking
