Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce Bowland IT's IT and Telecoms services and solutions;
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients for the sales team;
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline;
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings scheduled and client signups following meetings;
- Continuously update and maintain the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer within an IT and Telecoms sales environment or similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
