How to Apply:


As the Head of Product Growth & Partner Engagement, you will be responsible for driving Syndeo's product growth strategy, nurturing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Success in this role will involve increasing Syndeo's market presence, expanding our partner ecosystem, and ensuring that our product offerings consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement Syndeo's product growth strategy, focusing on product innovation, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify potential use cases for Syndeo's conversational AI platform, and ensure seamless integration with their existing contact centre technology stack.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) providers and "Mega AI" vendors, to expand Syndeo's market presence and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholder teams, such as R&D, to ensure a deep understanding of customer and partner requirements and inform product roadmap development.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate findings from observational research, leveraging customer, prospect, and partner feedback to drive informed decisionmaking and product development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or a technologyrelated discipline).
  • 5+ years of experience in product growth, partner engagement, or a related field, preferably within the contact centre or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms, contact centre technologies, and customer experience management.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product growth and market expansion for technology products or services.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
