The Director Transaction Banking Sales, Europe is critical to making this happen and will be responsible for the Delivery of PCM (Payments and Cash Management) Sales Marketing, Support to the existing and target client set across Europe with a focus on total effort revenues working closely with the European Relationship Managers, and more broadly with Transaction Banking Regional Sales, and Local Sales, and Relationship Managers around the ANZ network.

Supplemental local booking point TSC (Trade Supply Chain) marketing and revenue as required and deliver to the stated client base across Europe


This role will be accountable for:

Drive Internal and External customer engagements related to PCM Products at a HQ level to support sales activities in our home and regional markets.

Maintain a high level of service for our HQ clients across the region. Support and contribute to GAP activities for Relationship Managers
TSC Europe product support for DI and Frankfurt MNC client sets.
Delivering core trade, guarantee and SCF solutions with BP focus.
Manage all deal opportunities within agreed Transaction Banking Product and Procedure parameters.
Follow IPT, product approval disciplines for all new client on boarding/deal opportunities
Mentor and guide those with limited PCM knowledge to improve ability to deliver client solutions.
Lead and co-ordinate PCM RFPs across various ANZ geographies and culture

Specialist product knowledge Payments and Cash Management

Core Trade, Gtees, SCF knowledge and experience

Client marketing/relationship track record

Prior experience in pitch book preparation

Understanding of Treasury Technology including Swift

Excellent communication skills, influencing and interpersonal and cross boarder collaboration skills

Ability to manage competing agendas/priorities across the portfolio and with multiple stakeholders

What will you bring?
