Supply Secondary School Teacher

Working as a Supply Teacheryou'll have access to a variety of schools, allowing you to gain valuable experience and find the perfect fit for you.


About the Job:

-
Temporary / part time:

- £140-£190 per day (Depending on experience)

  • Minimum 8 hours.
  • Daily supply teaching
  • 8.30am3.30pm

Some of the responsibilities of a day-to-day supply teacher are:

  • Being ready to work at short notice as a Cover teacher.
  • Following a teachers school's policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that work gets completed in the teacher's absence.

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Passion for education and inspiring the next generation.
  • Bachelor Degree or any other educational certificate (essential)
  • Experience in teaching in a Primary/ Secondary School as a cover teacher.
  • Be comfortable and confident in teaching. (essential)
  • Updated ENHANCED
    DBS. (essential)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Provide two professional children related references.
  • Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
