Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant or an enthusiastic individual aspiring to become a Teaching Assistant with a background in supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils.

This opportunity is available at a specialized school in Hillingdon, with an immediate start date.

The school caters to the educational needs of primary aged pupils, addressing a range of learning disabilities, including Autism, as well as physical or sensory needs.

The position entails working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, offering a competitive daily pay rate ranging between £80 and £100.

Key responsibilities involve mentoring and empowering students, fostering their confidence, enhancing focus, and promoting academic success within a positive educational environment.

Conveniently located in Hillingdon, the school is easily accessible via public transport, with well-established links on the underground and bus routes.

To thrive in this role, you will need to:

Have prior experience in SEN environments.
Possess an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and positive professional reference checks.
Ensure that your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
