Salary:

£22,000

Location:

MediaCity, Salford, M50 2UE

Providing general allround support to the Accounts department
Assisting with data organisation and data entry
Handling communication with vendors
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Processing and tracking invoices and payments
Tracking expenses
Checking documentation for accuracy and completeness
Maintaining confidentiality of all financial data
Ensuring hours/salaries are entered correctly onto the payroll system

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as Accounts Assistant or similar
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Familiarity with finance regulations
Proficiency in MS Office
Working knowledge of Sage products (desired)
Strong maths skills
Ability to detect inconsistencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent multitasking skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
