Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team of Presentations Specialists at a leading asset management company.


The team cover the provision of RFP responses, the production of high quality presentations and the supply of investment data for marketing output and organising data supply to consultant databases.

You will be creatiing high quality sales presentation materials and other marketing documents based on an understanding of clients' needs:

  • Ensure quality presentations and marketing literature is delivered on brand and co-ordinate all printing with the vendor to ensure that presentations are printed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Rightslide maintenance: monthly review of slides; checking correct meta data is applied, no expired slides, slides not in use are deleted, ensure training updates are provided to users
  • Manage, maintain and coordinate the update of the core suite of literature, monitoring expiries, managing review and sign off workflow and coordinating with Pune team regarding website and intranet uploads
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, in particular business development, client directors, fund managers and product specialists
  • Diligent Workflow: archive expired jobs, maintain accurate Library ownership via job brief, ensure each job has correct audit trail documentation
  • Monitor the workflow of all presentations from inception to delivery
  • Prioritise workload according to business priorities and reshuffle as necessary
  • Act as the first point of call for all work coming in for your specialised area.
  • Maintain and follow documented procedures for managing Inbox, ensuring proper coordination and consistency with approach used by team in London.
  • Coordinate all printing within the inhouse print room to ensure that presentations are printed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Attend Presentation team meetings (weekly): participate by sharing relevant information and add discussion topics to the agenda

Technical skills & knowledge

  • High proficiency in use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Use of presentations and approvals technology and data selfservice software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience of working in investment management or similar financial services and managing a high volume of presentations.
  • Previous experience of ensuring strict adherence to the corporate branding and style guidelines.
  • An active interest in and willingness to learn about investments.
