An exciting opportunity for an engineer with a proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and managing people take up a key role within a leading employer.

Working alongside a highly motivated and growing team, you will be responsible for

  • Implementing, maintaining, and improving processes
  • Managing a team of skilled operators
  • Creating training plans and developing individuals
  • Ensuring a safe working environment is maintained

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in an FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication & man management skills
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety
