Description

We are looking for Dispensary Assistant to join our team in our South Bar House pharmacy in Banbury or Orchard Way, Banbury.

The role will include:

Carrying out dispensary duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist
Ensuring all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner
Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking appropriate questions, following the Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Selfcare.
To maintain the pharmacy to a high standard.
To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
Other applicable duties depending on the level of qualification.
Have previous community pharmacy experience and ideally be qualified to a minimum of NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services.
Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team

We are looking for a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, highly organised and be passionate about helping people.

There will be the opportunity to take part in our excellent training and development programme, so that you are confident in providing expert advice on our medicines, professional services and general healthcare.

Salary for all positions is dependent on previous experience.
