Requirements:

5+ years of Sales Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environment, networking, IoT, and CCTV/video surveillance equipment
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and customer-focused

Plus:
Industry certifications and project management experience are a plus

Responsibilities:

Build strategic relationships with customers and partners
Present products and solutions to all levels of customers
Jointly develop sales strategy and drive new business generation
Communicate customer feedback for future product development
Be an SME products and value-added benefits
Assist with troubleshooting and be a point of escalation for technical issues
25%-50% travel may be required.
