• An opportunity has emerged for an Apprentice in our Polished Concrete and Resin Flooring business in the construction industry._

TPS360 are an established leading installation contractor in the fields of Resin Flooring, Polished Concrete, Surface Preparation, Specialist Screeding, Industrial Coatings and Wall coating and cladding systems.
Working across a diverse industry sector including; food, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, healthcare, retail and leisure, industrial and commercial.

As members of FeRFA the Resin Flooring Association, our capabilities are wide and ranging to meet the needs of our clients.

Based in Caerphilly, near Cardiff in South Wales and working UK wide we are gaining a reputation for quality and customer service which is setting us apart from our competition and helping us to continue growing our prestigious client list


The Job

Role and Responsibilities

• To undertake a formal training scheme in a specialist construction industry trade.
• Travelling to clients sites to support our installation team and gain experience
• Being able to work as part of the installation team.
• Contributing towards high levels of quality are achieved
• Ensuring Health and Safety of yourself and others
• Helping to control costs and reduce waste
• To represent and uphold the brand of TPS360
• To contribute towards continuous improvement of the business

Essential attributes

• Good numeracy skills to be able to measure products
• Good literacy skills to understand safety information and instructions
• Flexible in approach to the role to meet business requirements
• High level of integrity and trust
• To be a hardworking and reliable team member
• A full clean driving license or intention to learn to drive.
• CSCS qualified (Provided if not)
