Financial Controller - VC-backed Open Banking FinTech

Hybrid - London

£65-75k + equity
Talentedge are excited to be working with a VC-backed open banking FinTech.

With a range of international clients and the company currently undertaking huge growth, the company founders are now looking to bring in an exceptional and ambitious individualto take over the entirety of the finance operation and make it their own.


Responsibilities:


  • Overall responsibility for the daytoday finance operation
  • Working closely with senior leaders, including CEO and COO
  • Implement strong internal processes and controls with free rein to implement, automate and improve the finance function
  • Adhoc analysis to support senior management with business related problems

Requirements:


  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years relevant experience
  • A highly analytical character with a strong eye for detail
  • Great knowledge of banking/FinTech operations
  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of Xero and SQL
