Position:
HR Manager


Working pattern:
Part-time, 30 hours per week, 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday)

On-site: Hybrid, 2 day per week in office

We are seeking an HR Manager to join us for 7 months (maternity cover).

This a generalist role but has a particular focus on Benefits, including:

  • Reviewing our current benefits package (both UK and Germany) in conjunction with our brokers, providing and implementing recommendations-
  • Reviewing and updating our Benefits communications, ensuring that our employees can easily access and understand our benefits package-
  • Managing the annual review process for our healthcare benefits
    Other responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with key stakeholders / client group, looking for opportunities to highlight where HR can add value and drive performance-
  • Supporting mangers to resolve ER issues before they escalate e.g. performance issues, disciplinary and grievance-
  • Build management capability through coaching and effective partnering with managers-
  • Collaborating with the HR team to manage the full employee lifecycle
    Experience and skills required:
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits and experience of effective vendor management Proven ability to manage a full range of generalist HR processes-
  • Gravitas upon which to build successful working relations and influence/coach line managers upon HR matters-
  • Strong communications ability (written and verbal) as well as stakeholder management skills
    Qualifications:
  • Level 7 CIPD qualification is preferred#LI-TA
