Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a very successful window and door business based in Watford.

They are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager who has a background within Fenestration/Windows and doors or home improvement.

The role:

Run the company's social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
Manage the sales funnel process and the customer journey. This includes logging new enquiries, following up and phoning trade customers and homeowners who have made enquiries via social media and the website to obtain feedback, identifying sales leads andupdating customers on orders and quotations.
Work with digital agencies to manage to company's website, ensuring that SEO is at it's best, and any drops in performance are addressed.
Execute, manage, and maintain PR for product/event launches. This includes drafting press releases, editorials, and advertorials, and liaising with the trade/consumer press to secure PR and distribute coverage.
Report progress on campaign to key stakeholders and use collected data and other feedback to adjust and shape the campaigns.
Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form new marketing strategies and tactics.
Must have a marketing background within the Fenestration or home improvement sectors
Have project management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Have a Creative flare
Be fluent with Microsoft office and Adobe design packages.
