Who are you:

We're looking for a UI/UX designer who can support the development of designs that are innovative and intuitive, ensuring brand consistency and quality throughout.

You should be comfortable evolving ideas, getting stuck into ideation and workshop sessions and tailoring designs to meet user expectations and behaviours.

You Will:

Facilitate the creation of wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate design thinking
Develop ideas and designs that are customercentred
Produce visuals that demonstrate strong UI and UX understanding
Document and share insights across the business
Create ideas and designs based on customer insights and data which feed into A/B Testing/Optimisation
Support user testing and the undertaking of preliminary research where necessary

What we're looking for:

An inquisitive creative, capable of delivering well thought through designs
Passionate about design and have a good eye for detail
A userfocused, design thinking enthusiast
A love for complex problems and exploring new ways to solve them
A genuine interest in new, future technologies
Strong sense of commercial awareness and is integrated into the UX/Design market
A team player who works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary agile team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Ability to take ownership of design work
Experience of working with brand guidelines and implementing them into UI and design patterns
Demonstrable experience designing for digital products / native mobile apps.

We are currently working mostly remote, with teams heading to our little office in Ancoats around once per week for specific, collaborative meetings that are more effective in person.

We value flexibility and are trusted to work from wherever we feel most productive.
