I am currently supporting a charity leading the fight to keep the internet a safe place for our children.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to hit the ground running and provide a mixture of 1st/2nd line support to users of the business thatare responsible for removing sensitive content.

I personally can't think of a more satisfying role, as you are enabling the research to keep making their job possible.

The role also includes some exciting projects working closely with the infrastructure team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide remote or onsite support to end users of the business.
  • Manage internal networks and hosted M365 platforms.
  • Comply with companies' documentation policy.
  • Make sure all software is up to date.
  • Support and maintain SharePoint estate.
  • Knowledge of cyber security fundamentals
